Does your raw material healthy for my customers?

Our fabric are purchased from local big brands who have SGS certification and have their own quality control system to make sure fabric are in nice quality and no harmful to human body.

How long does it usually take for me to receive the goods?

Sample order: Normally 7-10 days for sample production and then 4-7 days for shipping via DHL. Total around 2 weeks from order to receive samples. Bulk order: Mass production will take about 3-4 weeks depends on designs and order quantity. And then about 4-7days for express delivery or 15days for air transportation or 30-35days for sea shipping.

Will you refund if clothing quality is bad?

Full refund in case of poor quality problem. We are trustworthy clothing manufactuer and always put quality control in priority position of product production.

How do you protect the safety of my funds？

We accept payment via PayPal to protect your money. 0 risk on your side. For bulk orders, we will sign legally binding Sales Contract and Quality Assurance Agreement with you if it is needed.

What if I don’t like the sample? Can I get refund?

For any quality problem, we will be responsible for that and refund money. If it is simply because you are not satisfied with the sample design and want to do some changes, then sample payment cannot refund.

What does full-package manufacture mean?

It means we will do everything for you. From sampling to mass production and shipping or even custom clearance if it is needed. We offer you a one-stop clothing brand building and developing and producing service, so that you can have more time for marketing.

Estimated manufacturing and shipping times

We always keep a good balance between fast production and quality control. With the increasing number of customers approaching us, we have no other option but to prioritize speed. Let’s look at the whole process of apparel manufacturing and shipping:

STEP 1

Cutting

We will order fabric from fabric factory and then do pre-shrink & quality checking when we receive fabric. After that is cutting the fabric into pieces.

STEP 2

Printing & Embroidery

Printing & embroidery will be done after the fabric is cut. Graphic and logos are usually printed or embroidered on cutting pieces rather than garments. After that, we will check custom graphic and logo quality one by one.

STEP 3

Sewing

When everything (such as logos, patch, labels or some other accessories) is ready, we will arrange final stitching. Get cutting pieces and accessories sew together.

STEP 4

Quality Control

After clothing is done, our QC team will inspect (include fabric & graphic & workmanship & accessories) one piece by one piece and also cut the extra threads.

STEP 5

Ironing

Ironing is one of the most importatnt step to bring the finish clothing to a higher level.

STEP 6

Packing

Last but not least, each clothing will be packed into 1 plastic bag and about 20-100pcs into 1 carton.
